Counteract is an English-speaking hip hop band from Switzerland (Lausanne) with multiple and varied influences such as funk music, jazz, electronic and even more widely influenced by modern and traditional music from around the world. Created in 2006, the band has since been working on the elaboration of a new album entitled Broca’s Area out in stores since 18 June 2011.

The band has four members that have shared both common and individual experience on stage for several years in Switzerland and abroad.
